And now she has also stood and taken a few steps! All of this has happened through lots of tears and some yelling, but she did it ... We all know that Eila isn't ever eager to try things that aren't her idea, so it hasn't been easy. Keep up the good work everyone. We're looking forward to having you back home soon.
Way to go Eila! Those pictures are heartbreaking, but glad to hear that she is giving it her all.
Love you guys.
Dear Eila, we think about you a lot. Today we drove across the west side of Montana and saw a double rainbow and it seemed to be specially there for you. I hope your pain gets everyday less.
Dear Dana- I am so relieved the surgery is over and we are praying for Eila, your family and the hospital staff! What a brave warrior. All our love from the Van Zee's.
