Annikka meets Amani and Hirut

You might recall that our friends Dee and Steph were in the process of adopting children from Ethiopia. Well, they did it, and they brought their children home about two weeks ago. Today, we got to meet them.

But first, Annikka had to take a nap.



Then we woke her up, wrestled her into her stroller ...



... and headed out on the short walk to Dee and Steph's:









After taking the shortcut through the woods, we arrived and met their son Amani ...



... and their daughter Hirut:





It didn't take long for Amani to fall asleep ...



... so we came home and put Annikka in the corner.
