We had a lot of fun today at the Candlelighters' Christmas party. There was lots of food, crafts, face painting, and gifts. It's a very fun and special group of kids, families, and supporters.
All the kids got gifts from Santa, but this year Eila (and the other cancer fighter or survivors) also got a special gift from a secret elf. She was so surprised and excited to get her own little care, and to drive it out into the parking lot (where we were happy to find out that it fit in the Outback!).
