Although things haven't gone quite as we may have planned for the last week or two, we were able to squeeze in carving pumpkins. My favorite part is the roasted pumpkin seeds, and luckily I have two good helpers to clean out the seeds (Eila loved reaching down into the goo).
Joel takes on the much harder job of making something recognizable on the pumpkins.
Eila wasn't sure at first what her pumpkin should look like. But our little Scooby Doo fan decided on Shaggy this year - Joel said it was more challenging than he would have guessed.
And Annikka went for a classic bat flying by the moon.
Tomorrow, we all get roasted pumpkin seeds with our lunch.
